Michael Gendron, PhD

CEO/CTO

Dr. Gendron brings more than 40 years of hands-on technical innovation, systems analysis, applied information systems, and health informatics experience to Health-AI. His work spans early public-health GIS with the New York State Department of Public Health, computer-assisted cervical cancer screening, pharmaceutical research informatics, clinical microscopy reporting systems, and academic leadership in management information systems. As Health-AI's CEO/CTO, he wrote the initial Health-AI Engine beta in Python, established the RAG-based architecture for AIENT, and leads the technical strategy, data pipeline design, and system implementation needed to move AIENT from concept toward deployable specialty-care workflow support.

Daniel Roberts, MD PhD

Chief Clinician

Dr. Roberts is an otolaryngologist, neurotologist, and Associate Professor at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine with deep experience in ENT care, skull base surgery, otologic outcomes, tinnitus research, and translational science. His background includes PhD training at Boston University, research work on the Human Genome Project, Harvard otolaryngology residency training, and neurotology fellowship training at the House Ear Institute. As Health-AI's Chief Clinician, he helps align AIENT with real ENT clinical workflows, professional review needs, patient-safety priorities, and the practical realities of specialty-care adoption.

Kyle Chambers, MD

Chief Product Strategist

Dr. Chambers is a board-certified otolaryngologist and University of Connecticut clinical faculty member with more than a decade of frontline ENT experience and a track record of bringing practical innovation into specialty practice. His background includes Dartmouth, the University of Washington School of Medicine, Harvard otolaryngology residency training, and leadership in adopting office-based ENT procedures such as tympanostomy tube placement, eustachian tube dilation, posterior nasal nerve ablation, and nasal valve repair. His experience with clinical AI tools, including AI-assisted laryngeal cancer detection, helps shape AIENT around usable workflows, physician needs, and responsible product strategy.
